We are a boutique pilates studio in Georgetown, Texas. We offer weekly private pilates and duet sessions for our clients as well as our unique Mama-ilates program.

We created our studio as a retreat to renew the spirit, hosted in our private carriage house overlooking the San Gabriel River Trail. We are located within a quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by oak trees.

Our Method

We specialize in supporting mamas in all phases of motherhood. While you grow and prepare for childbirth, as you strengthen your pelvic floor or heal diastasis recti after your baby arrives, and for the expansive life-long period of your motherhood, pilates brings strength and relaxation to your spirit and body.

Choose a practice plan

Prenatal

Explore different ways to build your body in preparation for birth. We will honor the extra relaxin flowing through your muscles and create safe strengthening and stretching practices for you.

With Baby

We provide a Pack & Play, a comfy place to nurse, and the Mama-ilates repertoire of pilates exercises for Baby Wearing. Please bring your own Baby Carrier that can be worn on both your front and back.

Postnatal & All Clients

Take your practice to the next level by challenging yourself to deepen your strength and flexibility. If recovering from birth, we will support pelvic floor rehabilitation and distasis recti healing.

Explore our virtual classes

With a variety of styles and formats to match your goals

All of our sessions can be experienced virtually. If you are interested in this format of practice, we provide detailed questionnaires and required short videos and photos of movements so that we can tailor a program of study to meet your needs. This is a fabulous opportunity for those living outside of Georgetown or for whom travel is a challenge.
